How it works

Four instructions, and nothing else.

Fuel Agents is one Solana program with no admin, no config and no fee. These are all the things it can do.

register
Runs in the same transaction as the pump.fun create, signed by the same wallet. Writes the project name, repo link and daily cap once. That wallet becomes the builder.
draw
Builder only. Moves SOL from the pot to the builder, within what is left of today's cap (days reset at 00:00 UTC). Needs a 32-byte receipt hash and an optional note of up to 96 characters, and writes them as run #n. The builder pays about 0.0025 SOL of rent for each run record.
hand_over
Builder only. Names a new builder. The cap, the pot and today's spending carry over.
recycle
The builder can call it at any time; anyone can once 14 days pass with no draw or hand-over. Spends up to 2 SOL of the pot buying the coin on its own curve, then burns every token it bought.

What it does not do

Plain limits.

It cannot check that a draw was spent on AI. It does not run your agents for you. Once the coin graduates to PumpSwap, recycle stops working until a PumpSwap path is added, though draws keep working. Pump.fun pays creators about 0.3% of trading volume, so 20 SOL of trades adds about 0.06 SOL to the pot.

Making a receipt

Hash what you shipped.

Any 32 bytes work, but the useful choice is a sha256 that holders can recompute: the commit the run produced, or the exported agent log you post next to it. The launch and project pages make one from text you paste.
